So many things have changed and I’ve kept thinking about restarting this but every time I think about doing it life gets in the way and before you know it I just haven’t done it. </p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEieggBgupJuicSx06Ly-jlQXFwYHiv5zfEm42Atnb7yFngyF1aQHCAVo861cdSIoziQ6YpMVKPFgc4i1_XigAP8c2aapifGUqNIvPTtQ-pwmZHAEpNZ5f71qKvNvQ-CY5gSSiEqOxLNEBFhnWDiH2zm4nQJ2gtQWkhdGhTIogKlf1FMwxv18q7rx9fswAzU/s1289/D3BF1DE2-80E3-4D5B-85E2-37595774542C.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="704" data-original-width="1289" height="175" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEieggBgupJuicSx06Ly-jlQXFwYHiv5zfEm42Atnb7yFngyF1aQHCAVo861cdSIoziQ6YpMVKPFgc4i1_XigAP8c2aapifGUqNIvPTtQ-pwmZHAEpNZ5f71qKvNvQ-CY5gSSiEqOxLNEBFhnWDiH2zm4nQJ2gtQWkhdGhTIogKlf1FMwxv18q7rx9fswAzU/s320/D3BF1DE2-80E3-4D5B-85E2-37595774542C.jpeg" width="320" /></a></div><p style="text-align: justify;">So where do I start, how about with the big fella himself. My midnight magic is now 8! He has a heart of gold and after a particularly rough year is definitely coming out of the other side. Magic is a jumping lover and if you let him pick I think that’s all he’d ever do. He’s spent a lot of time working on his flat work which in the long run has really helped to develop his jumping. Last year magic suffered a horrible injury, he damaged his suspensory ligament on his front left leg and on the same leg damaged the collateral ligament that goes to his coffin joint, unfortunately for him he had a pretty bleak prognosis, with only a 30% of being even field sound. With a little bit of luck, blood, sweat, lots of tears and a lot of money, he slowly came out the other side and after 9 months of rehab work he got the all clear to go back to his old work schedule. His works been gradually increased over the last 3 months and he’s now working harder in his dressage and enjoys jumping and hacking as a reward. </p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjMSnBgItW8-rZOUsX2bv4Fe1B0qCWCzok6BEAozlxPGBLzXSbFtBiz81rXfdbVF_D9QJDdpg3eUi2ZxIzOmrJQYlk_Agxcoxjc7M9TeMj20KwzJ98fGrLrBEQa8STHcw7UJk3mVv-dGuiGNnPIbZFolsxWo2E-N2nMhVXdl2eNnBCJ4f98mCjTlrN4XUvv/s1289/7248C632-923A-4A95-960B-5E74165C00CC.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="715" data-original-width="1289" height="178" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjMSnBgItW8-rZOUsX2bv4Fe1B0qCWCzok6BEAozlxPGBLzXSbFtBiz81rXfdbVF_D9QJDdpg3eUi2ZxIzOmrJQYlk_Agxcoxjc7M9TeMj20KwzJ98fGrLrBEQa8STHcw7UJk3mVv-dGuiGNnPIbZFolsxWo2E-N2nMhVXdl2eNnBCJ4f98mCjTlrN4XUvv/s320/7248C632-923A-4A95-960B-5E74165C00CC.jpeg" width="320" /></a></div><p style="text-align: justify;">I suppose we need an update on the rider to now?! So on the 5th may this year I had an ankle ligament reconstruction, which unfortunately meant for 6 weeks I was unable to ride. Angie was fantastic (instructor and coach) and took over riding magic for me and keeping him ticking over, while my amazing mum kept on top of his care for me. My recover has been slow and full of complications but I’m now back to riding 5 days a week, 2 days in the school and 3 hacking. In September not only is my little squishy jax starting on a new adventure, but so am I. After 10 years since I first went to university it’s time to go back to university but for a different course all together. In September I will be starting my access to higher education in animal science. I’m nervous and excited but my aim is to apply for the veterinary nursing course next year. So it’s s time for lots of changes at the moment. </p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiCY0ZEktWSFo0_HVxsFtZ7uaMcyE0yhY0WGqVK0UvrYMQpbseMaIfdd9tVV7hIyx4LtwAR28KuX58EjiZ7GWGwdTghjAOV0JMYI24eI7wgwRC7be3EmuQzFEFKBkNxcjdBFeiNHReHW-zxnlYyfs4kKGKWjdWRSgTAySqNk4C6ZJ4D5kJ8zpSfVXEUTRU2/s2208/7FC861B9-5069-4BA5-8D86-092EFF49DB21.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="2208" data-original-width="1244" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiCY0ZEktWSFo0_HVxsFtZ7uaMcyE0yhY0WGqVK0UvrYMQpbseMaIfdd9tVV7hIyx4LtwAR28KuX58EjiZ7GWGwdTghjAOV0JMYI24eI7wgwRC7be3EmuQzFEFKBkNxcjdBFeiNHReHW-zxnlYyfs4kKGKWjdWRSgTAySqNk4C6ZJ4D5kJ8zpSfVXEUTRU2/s320/7FC861B9-5069-4BA5-8D86-092EFF49DB21.jpeg" width="180" /></a></div><p style="text-align: justify;">There is so much more that has gone on since I last posted anything on my blog that it would probably take me a a year to right it all in one go. So for now I’ll leave you with that small update and the promise that I’ll update again soon as i have so many things to tell you all. </p><p style="text-align: justify;">Xoxo </p><p style="text-align: justify;">Amber </p>Amberrosehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11854315214163999137noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6998173309677660800.post-42919607723256148672021-08-05T13:55:00.002-07:002021-08-05T13:55:10.006-07:00Moving up levels and the bot fly incident<p style="text-align: justify;"> So I've always got the best intentions of restarting this blog but it doesn't always work out like that and it seems that i forgot how much time and effort I put in to this blog but that doesn't mean I'm going to give in trying. </p><p style="text-align: justify;">After my Last blog post magic had some unplanned time off. I'm sure that some of you will remember that i was training to do my bhs stages and become a freelance from well all that hard work paid off and I finally have my own business doing exactly that. Unfortunately after my Last post things got crazy busy for me and I ended up with a very poorly two year old as well as working some pretty long hours. I don't think magic was two bothered by the time off though. 😂😂 </p><p style="text-align: justify;">Fast forward and Jax is now feeling much better and work had been slightly quieter which had meant that i have had more time to spend with magic. We've had 2 really good lessons since my last post both of which have been working towards our next dressage competition where my riding coach and i have decided it is time for magic and i to move up the levels. Up until now magic and I have only competed set intro but we are now making the move up to preliminary and we are excited but nervous. The last 2 lessons that we have had we have rode through a couple of tests to start getting the feel for what competing at preliminary will be like and while it hasn't been a complete disaster we have a better understanding for the things that we need to work on and that is mainly improving the amount of time we can spend in canter and the quality of our canter work. All things that will come together naturally at both magic and myself become fitter. </p><blockquote style="border: none; margin: 0 0 0 40px; padding: 0px;"><blockquote style="border: none; margin: 0 0 0 40px; padding: 0px;"><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhXI1HczzMfzhb3kMPmfNjKO-rqqKRDo4jnNwnKT35gKLzMd_WPPe2fm6POA57osKwBcQESTRZxEZ57SUFmerS6Oj0H2DB-3GYKq2CLZtGOV4sJX9yM3OUGSi_sCrWLkIsrsFx9BNrtlPcN/s1000/FB_IMG_1628196726118.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1000" data-original-width="736" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhXI1HczzMfzhb3kMPmfNjKO-rqqKRDo4jnNwnKT35gKLzMd_WPPe2fm6POA57osKwBcQESTRZxEZ57SUFmerS6Oj0H2DB-3GYKq2CLZtGOV4sJX9yM3OUGSi_sCrWLkIsrsFx9BNrtlPcN/w472-h640/FB_IMG_1628196726118.jpg" width="472" /></a></div></blockquote></blockquote><br /><p style="text-align: justify;">Next up in our busy week came the bot fly incident. I'd just popped up to see magic and had been planning on having a little bare back ride but when i got to the field off war quite clear that magic was feeling very distressed, he was running around bucking and kicking, just going mad. It turns out that this was magics first experience with bot flies and it's safe to say that it was not a pleasant experience. When I was finally able to get hold of magic, I decided that the best course of action would be to bring him in cover him in fly spray and get him comfy. I then went on a mission to find him a fly rug and fly mask the first time he's ever had to have one in all the years that I have owned him and of course we needed a bot knife to get rid of any eggs then in September he will also have a wormer that also covers him for bot eggs. Magic was so good having his fly stuff put on for the first time and it was almost like he knew it was going to help him. Touch wood up until now he's kept it all on and I haven't had to play the where has my fly mask gone game. Magic is now enjoying days in and night times or with his friends and I feel like it is doing him some good to not always be out with his friends and to come in on his own sometimes. </p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgYaI-VciiFOKUGiAJdFKm2Hl9FF8pnQi0AAY7FrN_YRXEZYU7Wh9kK_We_UilwFui_ZIrS5AFJzOK6YKGtO64muu25DmdOzi6QyjDE5uRFHDSoKXj5awjsBQu8xNCBEh8Wk2bcPMpD-ZlN/s1000/FB_IMG_1628196737787.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1000" data-original-width="736" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgYaI-VciiFOKUGiAJdFKm2Hl9FF8pnQi0AAY7FrN_YRXEZYU7Wh9kK_We_UilwFui_ZIrS5AFJzOK6YKGtO64muu25DmdOzi6QyjDE5uRFHDSoKXj5awjsBQu8xNCBEh8Wk2bcPMpD-ZlN/w472-h640/FB_IMG_1628196737787.jpg" width="472" /></a></div><br /><p style="text-align: justify;"><br /></p><p style="text-align: justify;">Over the next few weeks work will start to slow down a little bit more and I will find a better balance including magic time. I'm going to try and be more regular with blogging too and hopefully get this blog back to the way it used to be so for any new and old followers please do bare with me. I look forward to having you all come along on the crazy life that I live. </p><p style="text-align: justify;">until next time</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Amber and magic</p>Amberrosehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11854315214163999137noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6998173309677660800.post-69489167623280534102021-07-27T14:06:00.002-07:002021-07-27T14:06:06.590-07:00Magic update<p style="text-align: justify;"> So I realised that it has been a while since I updated this blog so thought out was time to bring it back to life. Magic is now 6 and the b dream finally came true. Since I last posted we have moved yards and magic is now on a lovely yard, it's a working farm with lots of character and a family atmosphere. Magic is coming on in leaps and bounds me as you gu us have been on this journey with me from the start I decided that it was time to bring you guys back along for the journey. </p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg0pfXA1Sf7tpusjlQl0HVBhXb3uLfpwm9QW5Dl0ZIV4XHIetkLCGM9nBfbUZQDEQaycBAL7xpV6IbSQn7B8zoiGqGfXL9PoFQ_FFlJAnQXJzbeyRjfqXodc8k4FdTUJ4WcuFrlo9rU5fpf/s1920/Screenshot_20210727-213235.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1920" data-original-width="1200" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg0pfXA1Sf7tpusjlQl0HVBhXb3uLfpwm9QW5Dl0ZIV4XHIetkLCGM9nBfbUZQDEQaycBAL7xpV6IbSQn7B8zoiGqGfXL9PoFQ_FFlJAnQXJzbeyRjfqXodc8k4FdTUJ4WcuFrlo9rU5fpf/w250-h400/Screenshot_20210727-213235.png" width="250" /></a></div><br /><p style="text-align: justify;"><br /></p><p style="text-align: justify;">Magic got backed over a year ago now and since then we have entered our first online competition, we have competed at our first ever competition at a venue and we've done our first ever endurance ride. We have changed coaches, made friends and lost friends but most importantly we've learnt together and come a really long way. </p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgus4vtGosF9nyDVSexMTtNQThuQbt1NLukrARV8pamurteiCxJTu3vFaDnNBjHQvkeaN0OEKLTdL9aa65JNm3cHCb3JQD_FZNity-RBX41RrTVLHGWzhCct_AtMaZZOlprp5QDkrepbsG8/s960/FB_IMG_1627417633535.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="721" data-original-width="960" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgus4vtGosF9nyDVSexMTtNQThuQbt1NLukrARV8pamurteiCxJTu3vFaDnNBjHQvkeaN0OEKLTdL9aa65JNm3cHCb3JQD_FZNity-RBX41RrTVLHGWzhCct_AtMaZZOlprp5QDkrepbsG8/w400-h300/FB_IMG_1627417633535.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><p style="text-align: justify;">So let's talk about our most recent adventures, the first one being his first ever endurance ride. We are so lucky to live within hacking distance of a endurance ride where once a year we are able to ride on land that we don't normally have access to and it was AMAZING. We flew across fields, had to ride through fields with cows in (magic's biggest hate) and spent some quality time bonding. He took it all in his stride, and he tried his heart out. He had to tackle some really big hills but we got some great photos out of it. </p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh2LvFk3Se0cUKYLw72YGBqQjhbnN5PuWJAayajVvNqn3f9bKgL8z9AehOJTPYNW8EUjuUJPgV0uVdD_U5ThKQA5pClyYI1m5hJfDL3Drd5of8Ka7iBYRZqX5DxcVEiqxIu6gqzv6kh5prv/s960/FB_IMG_1627418557349.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="617" data-original-width="960" height="258" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh2LvFk3Se0cUKYLw72YGBqQjhbnN5PuWJAayajVvNqn3f9bKgL8z9AehOJTPYNW8EUjuUJPgV0uVdD_U5ThKQA5pClyYI1m5hJfDL3Drd5of8Ka7iBYRZqX5DxcVEiqxIu6gqzv6kh5prv/w400-h258/FB_IMG_1627418557349.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><p style="text-align: justify;">Now for our second adventure and possibly our biggest achievement so far. With the help of my mum and partner Jack I took magic to his first ever dressage pony party and he blew me away. After initially needing some encouragement to load on to the horse box he was loading like a pro. We did two tests on the day. Our turret yet we were really nervous for and to me it felt tense but he went in and tried so hard. He didn't spook at anything he worked in a nice rhythm although he needed to be more forward and we had a good time. Just before our second test it was announced that we had come 5th he had actually placed at his first ever show. We then went in for our second test and we felt more confident. I pushed that little bit harder, I let go of the nervous feeling and I just enjoyed myself. The wait for the result seemed to take forever and then it was time for first placements,and we were literally amazed. I couldn't believe it when they announced that we had only gone and WON!! My baby midnight magic had actually WON at his first ever show. I was so proud of him and everything that we have achieved so far. </p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgMTHpoG9v1j5WeZuJitpHkTe7q5VFjurP3DJ0vBUw_9LBRy6KHOr7vVL4dHcrY68Ka3GpFqIYr9iEOB2qLg_gc_Rj7_i2CqVytup2Ya8jpQoZ5SWhljzjvvIgyPMoquiPFiAVoTn9IrUiC/s960/FB_IMG_1627418539261.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="960" data-original-width="960" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgMTHpoG9v1j5WeZuJitpHkTe7q5VFjurP3DJ0vBUw_9LBRy6KHOr7vVL4dHcrY68Ka3GpFqIYr9iEOB2qLg_gc_Rj7_i2CqVytup2Ya8jpQoZ5SWhljzjvvIgyPMoquiPFiAVoTn9IrUiC/w400-h400/FB_IMG_1627418539261.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><br /><p style="text-align: justify;"><br /></p><p style="text-align: justify;">But for now I need to get some sleep and tomorrow I will update you all on everything that's going on with magic and myself. I'll also be able to tell you more about our lessons as we have one booked in for tomorrow morning. </p><p style="text-align: justify;">until next time. </p><p style="text-align: justify;">Amber 🌹 A girl with a dream </p>Amberrosehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11854315214163999137noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6998173309677660800.post-15278831350664425012020-02-22T06:28:00.000-08:002020-02-22T06:28:04.643-08:00Magic's 2nd day in his new home <div style="-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; color: black; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: justify; text-decoration: none; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; word-spacing: 0px;">
It has been a while since I have posted on here but I thought it was the perfect time to restart the blog. So to start with I'll give you all an update on what's been going on over the years since I've posted and then I will be back to regularly posting and keeping you all updated on the world of magic. </div>
<div style="-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; color: black; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: justify; text-decoration: none; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; word-spacing: 0px;">

The first big change who I need to introduce is Jaxon, Jaxon is mine and Jack's 7 month old baby, he was born on the 7th July 2020. Part of this blog will be dedicated to overcoming the challenges of having a small child and owning a horse, even when everyone told me it was impossible to do. Jax has a best friend Bailey who is mums new 1 year old puppy and he has the best time trying to play with her. </div>

Now for an update on Magic, he is doing really well, I can't remember if I ever told you, but he moved yards last year when I was pregnant with little man. Unfortunately this yard just didn't quite work out for us and due to pregnancy (which wasn't the easiest ride) Magic had an extended time off and then from December on Magic really started coming back in to work, he was working on a system that was two days of work, then a day off. However during the start of January an incident happened which led to Magic needing to move yards. Magic was then sent away for four weeks to be backed, as most of you will already know I had started sitting on Magic so the process had initially been started. Magic went to Elliott Betts at Betts Equestrian for four weeks. He worked wonders with Magic and in four weeks, I was on him and he was doing, walk, trot and canter, as well as hacking out alone and in company. </div>

So now Magic is at home and in a new yard and is settling in nicely. He moved to the yard on Tuesday and today was his first day of him being turned out. When he arrived on Tuesday I decided from the start that I wanted to set a routine for him to follow as he is now on a D.I.Y livery yard, so everything that needs doing for Magic is down to me to do with the help off Jack and my mum. So our routine is currently that I go to Magic between 8.30 and 9. On the days he is in I'll then ride him, muck him out and making sure he's got enough hay to last him for the day. Then in the evening I will go back between 4 and 5pm. Here he'll have some fuss and attention on the days that he can't go out, I'll skip him out and then give him his haynets for the night. I am trying to stick with working him in the morning and at the minute it is only for 30 minutes. </div>

Then on the days that his out I still get there for the same time but then let him out in the morning. Once I've done this I will muck him out and then the stable is all ready for him to come into in the evening so all I have to do is feed him, make sure he's got a hay net and put him to bed. He still has his moments when he is a complete idiot, like last night when I turned him out in the school and he decided to act the idiot, he was running around, bucking, kicking and just being a bit of an idiot to be honest. But then when you did manage to get hold of him he was back to being his normal calm self. Today was the first day that he had been turned out in 7 weeks and he really surprised me. Instead of acting the twat he walked down to the field nicely, I let him off, he said hello to the horse in the field with him and then went off to eating his food. </div>

Well things are quite on the horse front, as normal the horses had the weekend off meaning that I also got to have the weekend off. Then today I was planning doing more work with Magic, I was going to lunge him with his saddle on again however when I woke up it was TOO HOT! </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The weather was registering at between 26 and 30 degrees, now I'm a human and I don't have a fur coat and I was struggling to even walk around. So I decided that the weather conditions were to hot for him and something that he couldn't deal with. So he has had the day off in his stable. Tomorrow I'll probably do a bit of walking with him and maybe give him a bath but it will all depend on what the weather is doing! </div>

So Magic is doing really well. About two weeks ago we had stumbled across an issue while lunging him, he seemed to lunge perfectly going clockwise (right lead) but seemed to struggle going anti-clockwise (left lead). I came up with the idea that maybe it would be easier to try and lunge him on his bad rein first so that he would see going on his good rein as a kind of reward as he seems to generally enjoy going that way, and so far it is safe to say that it has worked a treat! We are definitely two good lunge sessions at walk and trot in both directions. It might even be 3 or 4 sessions that we have had but I am not sure. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I've also been doing bits of riding for Lynn at the moment, I rode Sonny once. I've rode Derry a few times who I do love, but she is a bit more wooden and stiff. She is still a lovely ride though and at the end of each of our rides we tend to go for a wonder down the road and back again. For the first time on Tuesday I got to ride Faze and I love her! She is GREAT! She's an older dressage horse that is going partially blind. She was quite stubborn but the more that I kept at her the nicer bits of work we got to do, I learn that the key is to keep at her and not let her win. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Next week I have a plan for the work that we are going to do and I hope that we are going to be able to do some more riding as well before we go away to Devon on the 28th. I had my BHS on Monday night and we looked in to the skeletal structure and trying to remember all the bones I have remember that there are 205 bones it goes the atlis, axis, 5 cervical verterbrae, scapula, 18 therasic verterbrea, 6 lumber verterbrea, 5 sacral verterbrea and the cocklogel which has 15 to 22 bones in it and I'm trying to get this stuck in to my head as I have a week and a half to the exams.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I then learnt that the front leg contains the scapula, humerus, radius and ulna, carpel bones, canon bone, sesamoid bones in to the long pastern, short pastern, pedal bone and navicular bone. Then the hind leg consists of the Pelvis, femur, petala (knee cap) tibia and fibia and then my brain hits a black what it is before it goes in to the canon bone, splint bone, long pastern, short pastern, pedal bone, navicular bone. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
On that note know that I have completely boggled my mind I am off to get some sleep and relax and watch the soaps before binge watching pretty little liars (for the second time). </div>

Things are going well with Magic, in fact with all the horses at the yard, as you all know I managed to Lunge Magic and Ride Derry on Wednesday, Thursday Magic got to do a little bit of work, then I lunged Sparky, and then hopped on Sonny for a little bit, before Friday Magic got lunged in the field to do something different. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Over the weekend the horses had the time off, this is the time when Jack's off work so we tend to do things and then I focus on Magic while Jack is at work, we also didn't have a car this weekend. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Today kick started the week off on the right foot. I had a lie in this morning when I got back from collecting a parcel and taking Jack to work, then mum came over and we tidied my Garden up before heading over to the yard. When I got there I lunged Magic for a while, we focused on staying in walk and trot and lunging for 7 minutes in each direction with no side reins. We started off going the direction that he isn't the worlds biggest fan of, because other wise I struggle to get him going that way, and he want off perfectly, he was hoof perfect in both directions in walk and trot. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I then rode Derry, who was being a bit of a mare to say the less, the term moody Mare couldn't be more real. We did some work in the school focusing mainly on walk and trot, and making sure my hips stayed open so that she could drop in to an outline nicely, we didn't get much out line work but she did drop in to it every now and then. We then walked out with Shane. Shane came along for the walk out with me as I am still not comfortable riding out on the road on my own yet, we walked out for about 20 minutes, in just walk, to cool down. She went further out than we had managed on Friday and she was generally very good, there was no shouting today. No rushing today. Just a nice calm walk out. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Tomorrow I am off to do some work with Magic. I think that we will do some work on getting on him tomorrow and walking being led on the bit using his reins, as this is something that we haven't really done yet. Next week my riding teacher will be coming out to give me a lesson with Magic as well. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Anyway, </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
after being so active today I'm feeling quite tired so I'm off to catch some sleep before another busy and productive day tomorrow. </div>

The past few days have been INTENSE to say the least. Both days have been filled with horsey madness and while I am aching now I feel good for managing to accomplish everything that I have done. There will be some video's soon but I honestly just haven't got around to uploading them and editing them so as soon as I do that I'll let you know and you can all see. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Yesterday I went up to do Magic, after all the ponies nearly escaped from the field I eventually managed to convince him to come and do some work. He had a really nice groom and fuss, which he LOVED. Then I put his bridle with his new reins on, and his lunge cavesson (not sure if I have spelt that right), we lunged nicely for both ways doing walk, trot and canter. Then out of no where going to the right he exploded. I couldn't see anything that had happened so assumed he was just having one of his moments and that he would be fine and calm down, but that I might need to free school him first. So I did what I always do and took all his tack off and when he still wasn't settling down I knew that something wasn't quite right. When he eventually let me close enough to look at his chest I saw that he had actually cut himself at some point, it looked painful and serious, so my mind went in to a panick and then I calmed down and spoke to Fiona who told me what to do. We cleaned the wound, put some aliminuim wound spray on to it and then some Dermisol to help it start to heal. I sat in the stable with him for about 30 minutes and when I realised that he had calmed down enough to get on with going out in the field. So I popped him back out in the field. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I then had a chilled out evening and a good nights sleep with the plan to go up to the stables this morning early on and lunge sparky for lynn possibly lunge magic and maybe ride Derry, but when I got there none of the horses came in so I decided to go home and chill out for a little bit and just play on my playstation. Eventually at about 3pm all the horses came in so I rang my mum up and she took me up to ride Derry. I had already decided that I wasn't going to lunge Magic because he looked tired today and I wanted to give his wound time to properly heal so that I wasn't doing to much and damaging him more. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Once I woke Derry up I had a really nice ride on her, she was stubborn (but then what mare isn't), she worked briefly in an outline, she was arsey, but she was nice. I always feel like I learn something new and it's safe to say that the pair of us were tired after our ride. After we had done 20 minutes schooling we then went for a ten minute walk down the road with mum walking with us as a way to cool down and we got back just in time for her and magic to have treats and then them all to be turned out. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I then had BHS tonight where we worked on Lunging and learning to lunge with side reins on as this is something that we will need to do in the exam (which is just under a month away). We had a play with Pumpkin and I learnt lots of new bits that I didn't actually knew. I asked if I should postpone my test as I know that Lucy is thinking about doing hers later and Fiona told me not to so three weeks and counting and then it will be test time. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I am now off to watch Teen Mom 2, before heading to bed. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Until Tomorrow </div>

<br />
Tonight's post is only going to be quick as I feel literally exhausted. But I just wanted to let you all know that I will be back on track soon and back to regular posting. Magic has had the past two weeks just being a horse but of course getting lots of fuss due to ill health and a foot injury. Tomorrow I am hoping to get back on track so if I do I'll be back to regular updates! <br />
<br />
Until then <br />

Well I am finally in the new house and settled in but at the moment I am too tired and aching to right a proper post, so I'm curled up with a hot chocolate the soaps on and of course the two pooches. So I thought that I would share these two videos of magic with you. Enjoy the videos and i'll be back to regularly blogging recently! Even enjoy Magic's naughtiness it's safe to say that while it was fun to see him having some character he was a complete pain in the ass! </div>

Well I'd like to start off by saying sorry for the lack in posting recently. A combination of being super busy, as well as run down, tired and ill. Has meant that there hasn't been much time for anything else. This week is going to be super busy but will hopefully be the end of our super busy week. On Friday we move in to our new home. I know that I wasn't originally to in to this house but as time has gone on I have got more and more excited about this house and moving. Plus I'm hoping that it will be the end of moving for a while! </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Magic is doing really well, he had a week off last week because I was just drained. Moving always takes it out of me and leaves me feeling exhausted but the stress coming up to this move has really taken it's toll on me. But on sunday we got back to work and got on with doing some lunging. He was SOOOO good, we managed walk, trot and canter in both directions. He still tried to push his luck a bit on both reins to stop working but being firm with him kept him moving and we made sure to end on a good note. The video can be seen below. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<iframe width="320" height="266" class="YOUTUBE-iframe-video" data-thumbnail-src="https://i.ytimg.com/vi/y32AGlgrIq8/0.jpg" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/y32AGlgrIq8?feature=player_embedded" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Tomorrow Magic will get lunged again, and we will probably work on trying to extend the time that magic maintains the canter, as this really is something that we haven't worked on before. The dogs are doing great and are getting plenty of walks, they're enjoying lots of time being out and about and jack has even joined us on a few walks too which has been nice. We've got lots of new bits for the house that I've probably realistically needed since I had my first flat but I wasn't interested in where as now I want to make things more homely and cosy, plus I plan on sticking around here for a while so I think it's about time to put my own mark on the place when we move! </div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
I'm going to try and post more often again like I had been as I had really enjoyed posting, also I love sharing magic's journey with you guys. I might struggle a bit when we first move on as we are changing internet provider to sky and also getting sky tv. Well I am now on the last episode of Netflix that is available series 11 episode 14, it's taken me a while to get here but I have really enjoyed it and will be sad when it is over! </div>

Today has been another long day but it has also been a good day! This morning we had to get up early to go walk Charlie for Daryl, he had a house inspection, so we were helping him out. Then we went over to my mums to fill in an application form for a house that we had seen yesterday, that I had really liked. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
At lunch time Jack had a doctors appointment for a lump that he is found in his mouth. With his anxiety these things tend to send him through the roof so after being there for a week he needed to be seen by the doctors. They said that they think it is just a cyst, but that he needs to be seen by the dentist. While he was waiting at the doctors I headed home to let the dogs out and then walked back down to the doctors. I've been really trying for the past three days to get my health kick back in to action, so it was good to know that I had done so much so early on. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
It was then a mad rush to get to the next house viewing, originally I was set on moving to the house we viewed yesterday but after listening to other peoples views we decided to put an application in for this house. The garden was big and secure, a million times better for the dogs. The kitchen was neat and tidy obviously well looked after. There is a socket for the hub to be plugged in to upstairs for jacks gaming. It has one of the fancy nice shaped baths that I really like and a heated towel rack. The front room is a nice size with patio doors to over look the garden so I can see what the dogs are doing outside. It has a drive so no more on street parking, and it also has hive, the way to heat your house by using your phone so you can turn the heating on and off from your mobile phone. The house will be having new carpets fitted and a new window panel. It's also in a quieter location with plenty of walks around and also a newer built house. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
We then popped to see my sister and went to see a friend whos having a tough time this evening. Tomorrow I plan to lunge magic and do some more work with him, it's safe to say we did not have a good session yesterday so I'm hoping tomorrow will be better. But here is a video of our lunging and free schooling session from yesterday. </div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I also need to make sure that I walk the dogs tomorrow too, I am aching like hell and it's safe to say that the soft tissue damage that I am suffering from falling down the stairs is really kicking my butt. But I will be just carrying on like normal tomorrow, while it's going to hurt and it's going to ache, you know how the saying goes, no pain, no gain. </div>

Hi everyone, </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Okay so I skipped out on posting yesterday and was going to skip out on it again today but I decided not to! I gave myself a kick up the arse and decided to just get on with it things aren't great now but they are what they are and that is life. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Today started off badly then got worse and has ended okay. I woke up this morning and was exhausted. I've been having problems sleeping for a while, due to the stress of my housing situation then last night I really didn't sleep well. Then when I woke up this morning I managed to fall down the stairs, my head went black and everything went cloudy and then I fell and slid half way down the stairs. I have no idea what caused it, I've put it down to stress but I really do not know. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Then we went over to my mums and I had a better look at what houses were up for rent, nothing jumped out to me as anything that we hadn't already looked at. I made Jack and myself lunch and after waiting for what felt like an eternity the council finally rang. I thought I was going to get some good news but they basically told me that I had to bid on the council houses and I would get one eventually and to keep looking at private rented houses. They then said that if nothing had come up before the 27th March legally I was allowed to stay in the house until the landlord got a warrant from the court. Like that is even a good idea?!? I think not!!! </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
This afternoon mum and jack and I went to look at some houses, we stopped at another local council but basically got the same answer. I then decided to look at some houses in the area I am currently living, while I do not really want to live there I think that it will do until we are in a better situation where we can be picky. So tomorrow we are viewing two houses and have at least one more to ring up about. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
When we got in I was just moping around watching t.v. I had no intentions of going anywhere but it turns out two little monsters had other ideas. The dogs got silly playing down stairs eventually I figured out that they wanted to go for a walk, so I dragged my ass back out of bed got ready and took them for a walk. We walked 1.6 miles which is no where near the two and a half miles that we used to walk but it's a start. Now that Diesels paw is feeling better and now I'm not ill it's time to get back in to the gym and walking the dogs. After all the only one who I haven't slacked on has been Magic. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<iframe width="320" height="266" class="YOUTUBE-iframe-video" data-thumbnail-src="https://i.ytimg.com/vi/CXpiQf9AVaY/0.jpg" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/CXpiQf9AVaY?feature=player_embedded" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Speaking of Magic he is doing great above you can check out his lunging routine that we have been getting into. He did 5 and a half minutes each way, at the end you can see a bit of jumping that we did. There is no point making everything all serious we have to have some fun too! Below you can see a short clip of magic hopping over a jump on the lunge line, this isn't his strongest direction but I think that he is doing really well. Don't worry this is not something that we will be doing often but at the same time it was fun to do! I can't wait to try out free jumping him one day too! </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<iframe width="320" height="266" class="YOUTUBE-iframe-video" data-thumbnail-src="https://i.ytimg.com/vi/-QD_wKDR5B4/0.jpg" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/-QD_wKDR5B4?feature=player_embedded" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Tomorrow is Magic's exercise day and also the day to go to the gym. This year IS going to be better and I am going to continue to lose weight and that is all that really matters! </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Until Tomorrow </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Amber, The tired pooches, and Magic :) </div>

okay so I've had a few days off posting, not because I don't enjoy posting but because I needed to get my head straight on the whole housing situation, which still isn't great. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
On Friday we viewed two more houses one which could have been great and one which was a just no straight away. While there was hope neither worked out as the only one we were interest came back as a no the land lord would not accept our situation. Saturday and sunday I looked for houses but came up with nothing! I knew there wasn't much chance that things would be uploaded over the weekend though. Today we went to view the PERFECT house, nicely decorated, location, size, it was the 'one' if there was ever one that could be the one. The lady showing us around seemed really positive about our situation however a couple of hours later we got a phone call that said NO, it was another door slammed shut and just wasn't something the landlord would be happy to do. This has left me in a bit of a situation where I really just don't know what to do. I keep trying to stay positive and trying to think that something will come up but right now that just isn't happening, so I've decided my only option is to wait until Thursday when futures (Council housing) is due to ring me back, and hope that they can help me in someway. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Magic has been really good over the weekend, he should have worked on Saturday but he got the day off because the school was in use. Then yesterday he should have worked but it was snowing and I was too cold to stand and lunge him. I originally planned to leave him in the school then lynn suggested that we should try the horse walker. Well to start with there was NO way that magic was going on it, I tried, Lynn tried and Jay tried, so in the end we decided that we should put him back in the school. I mucked out his stable put his nets up and remembered that I had got some hay nets. I wasn't going to let Magic win, this is something that I am strong about and just won't do. So I grabbed Magic's apples and Magic and I headed over to the school and instead of having a game of tug and war, we played the patient waiting game and eventually magic came on. Then we got it moving and he was a little bit confused about was going on but he accepted it and got on with it so this makes me super proud of the little man. This is obviously something that we need to work on more often but it takes time and time is exactly what we have got. Tomorrow I will go up and muck magic out and then lunge him after my dads birthday meal.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The dogs are good, Diesel's paw is healing well but he has had a complete weak off to have his pain killers and antibiotics and not be walked. The weather has been awful either really cold, raining or snowing, so this is the reason why I decided that the dogs wouldn't be walked as I won't walk one and not the other. Now Diesel has stopped the antibiotics and pain killers the dogs will get back to their normal feeding and walking routine. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Now one last note from me for those of you that read this blog and are on facebook could you all do me a massive favour and head over to this page https://www.facebook.com/Magic-With-Love-Boutique-408558489579827/ and give it a like for me! I'm just starting my own business called Magic with Love boutique which is focusing on making home made cosmetics (eventually), bath and candle products. It would be so helpfully if you could drop me a like. </div>

Well I thought that I had wrote a blog post yesterday but it turned out I missed it! But that's okay I'll share this video of attempting to lunge magic over poles. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<iframe allowfullscreen="" class="YOUTUBE-iframe-video" data-thumbnail-src="https://i.ytimg.com/vi/akhzJGd3yOw/0.jpg" frameborder="0" height="266" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/akhzJGd3yOw?feature=player_embedded" width="320"></iframe></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Well today has been an okay day we have managed to get three viewings booked in two for tomorrow, and one for Monday (at the house that we really want). But only time will tell what is meant to be and that's okay, it's a slow process but we will get there in the end. As everyone likes to keep reminding me we have two months to find somewhere yet. We went to view another house today and it's safe to say it was HORRIBLE, there was one room I liked and the photo's looked NOTHING like what the house actually looked like. The garden was a health and safety hazard to say the least and it was absolutely awful! So that meant that we hadn't resolved any issues and also meant that there was more questions that needed to be answered. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
After this we went to see Magic, I mucked out his stable and was originally just going to leave it at that, however he was being such a good pony that I decided that I would lunge him again today, I decided to make things more simple so we stuck to walk and trot walk today, sonny was in the school and it's safe to say that this doesn't phase Magic one bit at all. I can't wait to be able to write about our rides, and hacking out, and all the other things that we are going to do. He is coming on so well, he's not losing weight, he's developing muscles and he is looking great. His only small issue at the moment? Which to be honest isn't really an issue, is that he is got a very mild small amount of rain scold from being out in the field, even though he has a rug on, it's about a 8 inch patch on his neck, but it's okay it's nothing major and compared to last year I'll take a bit of rain scold. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
This evening while watching t.v. I have finally got around to doing something about my debts, I've put a plan in place and am going to get on with getting my credit score sorted. I've also taken time to think about my finances more and what needs paying vs what people want! So while today hasn't been productive in the way I would have liked it to be it has been productive in other ways and that's what counts. Now just to wait for the post to come and the last few bits that I need towards sorting out my finances. </div>

I really feel like I am about to go mad! This year is not getting off to a great start and that is driving me mad, I blame jack for breaking a mirror on the second day of this year! only joking! Well I told you all about my issues with my house over the weekend, I emailed and said that these things needed to be resolved or environmental health would be getting involved, well yesterday morning I woke up to a email saying I was going to be handed my notice and would have to find somewhere else to live. This sent my head in to a bit of a whirl wind as I've been looking for months for somewhere else to live and nothing has come up. Then we found a lovely house that was literally round the corner from where we used to live in oakwood, it was clean tidy and soooo nice! I rang up this morning and applied for the house to get a phone call back this afternoon to tell me that the house had already been let to someone else. To say that I was gutted is an understatement!</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I've then spent some time looking on the internet and come up with 4 possibilities in a similar area, these are again newer houses that I'm going to be ringing up about tomorrow. So I don't want to put to much here because I don't want to jinx it. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Anyway on to Magic, mum and dad did his stable for me today as I hadn't slept a lot last night and was feeling really poorly. I then went over to my mums to meet her and she took jack and I up to Magic, mum is my official timer and recorder for when I am working with Magic. I was lucky because Magic was already in so I gave him a fuss and a stroke before getting him ready to be lunged. I wanted to introduce something new so today I decided to place four poles on the circle that we would be lunging on. We lunged both ways and he did kind of get the idea but magic being magic he got over excited and strong. We did lunge in both directions over the poles however when I thought that magic was getting to silly I took him away from the poles and just got him to lunge nicely on a circle without the poles. I then did this until he had calmed down and then gave him a rub on his favourite spot. I then popped him back in to his stable and put his nice warm rub back on. He is being so good recently and he seems to enjoy having something to do. He still only works every other day and at the moment he lunges for roughly 5 minutes each way. Next Monday this will change and he will go up to lunging 6 minutes each way. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Then we popped over to seeing my sister for a little bit and trying to help to set up Brody's kinnect for him but we weren't able to do that. Jack had a few issues with his family but I've learnt to just leave them all to it and let them battle it out between themselves. I'm now curled up in bed with the pooches. After Diesel had his Nail removed he's been really clingy, so it's safe to say that he doesn't leave my side very often. He's currently curled up on my feet with his blanket and it's safe to say he is very happy, he's feeling better but he's still clingy. He's got three more days of tablets and then it should be back to normal for the pooches so that they can start walking again. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Anyway I am off to watch Big Brother now, nothing like a little bit of mindless t.v. before heading off to sleep.</div>

Another hectic day, I really can't wait to be able to write you all a post when I can literally just sit here and say today I had a quiet day and it felt great! Who knows maybe we will get there one day! When I woke up this morning diesel was still yelping and obviously in pain so I rang the vets back up and got him an appointment. My mum picked us up to go to the vets and I had to carry the puppy all the way down stairs as he just couldn't manage stairs. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
When we got to the vets the poor little man had the worst of times, I advised them that while he's not nasty he was in a lot of pain and when you looked at his paw he likes to chew it so that it might be best for now to muzzle him. Well that was an ordeal in itself after being told to force him in to a corner and trying it their way. I eventually discovered that my way much easier (which I think I already knew it would be) and that calm, quietly, slowly and freedom of choice was a much better option. They then needed to look at his paw, which even going near it sent him spinning in circles and yelping and no matter how tight I held on (with no help at all) he just wiggled his way out of it. Eventually a vet got a nurse who knew better than I did of the best place to grip him to come and hold him, although I'd be lying if I said that they didn't get a few choice words off me in the process! They eventually decided that his nail needed to be removed as it was stripped down and completely detached which meant he would need to be sedated. I agreed to this and agreed to waiting in the room for him, when he eventually came out he looked completely drunk, and was breathing really fast, the vet went to get his pain killers and then explained that he'd bled quite a bit due to the fact his blood pressure was so high cause he was pumping that much adrenaline around his body and that he'd been fighting the anaesthetic the whole time so not to be surprised if he flaked out. Well when we got in the car he decided the safest place and happiest place for him was to curl up on my knee and just lie there, which is exactly what he did the whole way home. Once I'd got him settled in his bed with plenty of water, we then headed over to my mums for lunch. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
When we got home we decided that it was time to just chill out with the dogs and have a relaxing evening now this part did go to plan! Tomorrow is going to be another hectic day as I have got to ring the estate agents to get them to attempt to sort my house out although I have no doubt that they will fail to do it and if this is the case I will then be ringing up environmental health because I really am starting to think that this house just isn't safe to live in. Everything seems to be falling apart and I really have got to the point where I have just had enough. So for now I'm off to curl up with the puppy watch heartland and browse to see what houses are available for moving closer to magic! </div>

Today has been a long day and I originally wasn't going to post anything because I just didn't feel like writing I was in to much of a bad mood even though there has been some good parts of today, but in the end I got over it and just thought get on with it. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
This morning I had a lie in as I actually managed to get some sleep, when we woke up Jack and I chilled and watch some t.v. in bed before it was time to go and see Magic. I picked mum up on the way so that she could get some video footage. I'd also got to pick up some bits (but I'll get on to that later). I tacked Magic up and got him ready and he was being a really good boy, he lunged in both directions happily and contently in walk and trot while Sonny was in the school. He doesn't seem bothered at all that there is another horse in the school with him he just seems to get on with his job. I asked him for canter on his good rein and was able to pick up a stride or two but at the minute he is still unable to stay in the canter. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<iframe width="320" height="266" class="YOUTUBE-iframe-video" data-thumbnail-src="https://i.ytimg.com/vi/UuIXrMfl-wo/0.jpg" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/UuIXrMfl-wo?feature=player_embedded" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
After this we moved on to trying long reining, this isn't something that Magic is skilled at yet but in time I am sure that he will be. We went through the same process as we did on Thursday. Mum started off by walking next to him then eventually moved away and we kept Magic going, I then tried moving to standing behind him. To say that this is only the third time that Magic has ever done this he was really good. He was calm collected and did do what I asked him to do. He still got a little bit confused but he did what was asked of him and I can't ask for much more than that. I just need to do more work on our voice cues so that he responds when long reining more. Once I had finished with Magic Lynn then put the donkeys in the school and I have to say that it was the funniest thing that I have seen all day, Morris the donkey was actually free school himself, he was taking himself over jumps, cantering aroung! It was the cutest thing ever and it was so fun to watch (I do have a video but it is not yet uploaded on youtube). </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Jack then took my mum and me over to see my sister, I'd got to pick some bits up off her too. See I've had an idea to make myself a bit of an extra income, I'm going to try to make bath bomb and wax melts to start with and then I will move on to making soap and candles eventually. I think that this is something that could be quite profitable in the long run it's just going to take me a while to get there and that's fine it is something for me to work towards, while Jack is working. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I then came home and this is where the day went down hill. The house that I live in is basically falling apart! I mean it's completely rubbish when we viewed it, it didn't really look like there was anything wrong with it but boy how wrong was I! So after making my wax melts and some bath bombs, I went to do the washing up and the bloody underneath of my sink decided to explode everywhere. So I tried to get in contact with the emergency repair people to be told it doesn't matter and they weren't going to do anything until Monday. Well the response they got back was to the point and abrupt and I do hope that they take me seriously cause I will be doing what I said I would. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
But now I'm off to browse pinterest and watch Jock of the Bushveld with Jack and the dogs. </div>

okay so todays post won't be as long as I am absolutely exhausted. I actually managed to get to sleep at a normal time 1am instead of 4 or 5am. I then got 9 hours sleep before waking up and feeling quite rejuvenated. Jack and I watched some T.V. for a little bit before heading over to see my mum and dad. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
We took my mum to the supermarket got rid of the rubbish out of the boot of my car, then went to get myself some scales (to weigh my food up so I can be stricter with my fitness pal). I'm really trying to be strict with my weight loss so everything I eat gets added to the app, and I obviously have my fitbit as well so that the calories in vs out is more accurate. I do plan on doing a blog post about my weight loss journey but that will have to be another day as to be honest i'm ready for bed now. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
After we had dropped my mum off and gone home, I made tea for Jack and I before taking some time to chill out and watch the soaps. After this was done I took the dogs for a walk, I'm back on schedule with walking the dogs every other day and working magic on the opposite day. We walked 1.2 miles, and they both behaved perfectly, the dogs are coming on so well but they do need their exercise as they are both so energetic, which means no matter how ill I feel I am just going to have to get over it and get on with it. I also plan on getting them a nerf throwing ball, that throws it further and faster so that they have a different form of exercise and that more variety can be added in to their routines. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
When we got back we carried on watching soaps and I did some online surveys with opinion outpost, the only online survey thing that I've found where you really do make money from, you answer surveys for so many points, build up your points then the points translate to money and you can have it deposited into your account. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

<div style="text-align: justify;">
So here's just a quick remind if you haven't already follow this link and check out action coins!! <b>https://actioncoin.io/ref/344075/ </b>For those of you that do not know action coin is an online platform, up until the 1st of March you can sign up and get 1000 action coins for FREE, you don't add you're card details or anything then for every person that signs up following your link you get some referral points and for every 5 you got a bonus amount of extra action coins another 1000! A not so happy story but a happy ending!!! BEWARE<div style="text-align: justify;">
So I'd like to start off by saying I am absolutely blown away with the response that my post on Nicki Williams has had and still is receiving for those of you that haven't read the post please follow this link.... </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
https://thewaytoheavenisonhorseback.blogspot.co.uk/2018/01/con-artist-nicki-williams-beware.html</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
So this is a story from a good friend of mine that also had the same misfortune of having to encounter Nicki Williams. Jade met Nicki when I did, Jade was looking for someone to loan her beautiful horse Calli. She met Nicki who gave her such reassurance, Nicki did what Nicki is good at and spoke with such confidence that Jade felt comfortable in loaning Nicki to Calli (this was before I met Nicki so will not focus to much on it). Jade had a nightmare disaster with another horse she had on loan Bella, Magic's half sister I think, and this is how Nicki and I met, Nicki agreed to take on Bella with the agreement and portraying the idea that Bella and Calli would be together, Arthur then got bought in to the equation Jade's third horse. Nicki said that the three would be kept together as a herd and wouldn't be separated. The day that Arthur came down Nicki was supposed to be meeting me so that we could meet the transporter together, however the day passed and Nicki 'ended up in hospital' (she said at the time but I do not know whether this is true or not). I went to meet Arthur and unite him with Bella. Nicki then agreed with Angie (Who owned the field that they were on) that she would feed Bell and Arthur and I would go down to check on the horses while I was checking on Magic, and that she would be coming up to, Nicki kept saying that Calli would be coming to meet the others and they'd all be reunited. There was an agreement in place that Calli and Arthur where to be togethere as they did infact have a special pair bond, something that Nicki was told about. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
A few months went on during which time my partners nan was really ill and I was up and down to devon a lot. During one of my trips to Devon my mum went up to check on the two for me and found that the gate was left with out a padlock on, my mum bought the padlock and put a new one on the gate, told Nicki the code and she was supposed to text Angie, I went up when I got back and bumped in to Angie's husband who had cut the padlock off. To say he was a horrible person to deal with was an understatement, he was ranting and raving about the horses and that the horses where now his and Nicki had never paid him. Nicki reassured me that she had done and I defended her which at the time got me nothing but abuse. I then spent three days looking for transport to move the horses (as they were under the control of horses act) and a place to move them too, I also had to pay the first two weeks up front and the transport upfront and then Nicki would pay me back, she did but it took a while and a whole lot of pestering! Just in time I convinced my yard owner to help me move them and off they went to there new home. Nicki asked if I could keep an eye on them and reassured me that she would pay me petrol as it was a half an hour drive there and a half an hour drive back! Well I got the odd £10 here and there but FREQUENTLY had to cover for Nicki who was late to pay the horses, I think she only went to them once when I took her there (although she said more). I would go up every other day and feed them, and did the best I could by them when I had ill health myself, my partners nan was dying and I was in a bad situation with money. However around May/June time Nicki decided that Bella needed to go back to Jade as Jade rightly so wanted her horse back. From what Nicki told me at the time Bella was supposed to go back and Jades foal was supposed to come down and be Arthur's field companion (again note there is no mention of Calli coming and them becoming a 3). However Nicki then threw a fit and tantrum and stamped her feet that they had got to go on a certain date and that Jade had to take the pair of them, Nicki didn't come for the horses to be returned she left that job to me. Which I told her I didn't feel comfortable doing. The horses went back to jade in a poor state, something I wish I could have done more about but I honestly did my best for them at the time. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Fast forward so many months and I've fallen out with Nicki, my mums been doing some research in to her and we come across a post finding out that Nicki had abandoned 20 animals that were seized in I believe to be October (which was around the time that I was first being introduced to her and getting to know her). Then on the 5th June Nicki was banned from having animals for 5 years, she pleaded guilty to 4 counts of not doing right by her animals (20!!!), here's the link https://www.thedonkeysanctuary.org.uk/woman-who-abandoned-20-animals. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
After coming across this I showed it to Jade and we quickly realised that one of the 20 animals was infact Calli. Calli was the only animal that they hadn't managed to track down the owner to I think. Jade and I both spent ages making phone calls, sharing posts on facebook and trying to track down where calli had gone. Now here comes the happy ending for Jade at the very beginning of the year a very honest person came across Jade's posted and admitted that she had got Calli, Calli will be returned to jade and she will finally be able to get her horse back, but the other side to this story is due to Nicki's actions a poor little girl got a pony as a birthday present to have to have it taken away from her. This woman has caused so much pain and hurt that didn't need to happen, there was no need for any of it if she had just been honest and this is another reason why I feel like it is my job to make as many people as possible aware of what she has done! </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I hope that I have managed to do Jade's story justice that it deserves, and I hope that you all continue to share that as until everyone knows about her there is a chance that this woman can carry on doing exactly the same things over and over again! 11!!</div>

Today has been a hectic day but it's been a good day, I didn't sleep the worlds best light night going to sleep at 4 am this morning. However my mum and dad had agreed that as they were helping me with Magic today that they would pick me up at around 10.30am so that I could exercise Magic while they did his stable. I woke up let the dogs out, and had a bagel and honey before breakfast before heading off to meet mum and dad, I always walk towards which ever way that they are driving (in my head this helps them to save petrol). </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
When we got up to Magic I could see that he was quite excitable, I had text Lynn asking Lynn to leave him in for me while the others went out so that I wouldn't have to go searching for him through muddy fields. This isn't something that Magic really likes but is something that I think that he needs to get used to as he can't always have his own way. I started off by popping Magic's cavesson on and his roller, I decided to leave his bridle as I wasn't feeling 100% and he wasn't being 100% willing so I didn't want to start a battle that I couldn't finish. I then attempted to walk Magic down to the school calmly and quietly, although Magic had other ideas and got all excited running around all over the place, even standing on my foot! </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
When we got in the school Magic was still incredibly hyper, he just wanted to be with his friends, but I wanted him to do work. As this is something that Magic isn't used to I decided that we wouldn't really try anything new today so we stuck to just lunging to the left and the right. Magic was extremely lively to start with including bucking, kicking, rearing, cantering full force. This is the first time that I've ever really seen Magic like this but at the same time it was fun to see, he wasn't being nasty, just cheeky and a bit naughty. We lunged both ways, 5 minutes each way. While I attempted to keep Magic calm and at a walk and a trot it would appear that Magic had other ideas, so I soon realised that he had got to just get the fizz out of his system and then we could do some calmer work. It took a little while but we got there in the end. He lunged both ways in walk, trot, some uncontrollable canter, and finally some asked for canter (something that he had never done before). Magic soon realised that he wasn't going to get away with not working and that he needed to work and behave to be able to go out with his friends, so while I didn't aim to teach him anything new, he did learn something new. As you will see from the video below there were a few less than perfect moments but it was all fun and games. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Mum and Dad then took me to Risley Saddlery, Dad bought me an extra long lunge line that I plan to cut in half and use for long reining magic so that it's long but it's not too long that I am falling over it. I was also surprised that he bought me a new blue bronte jacket that my mum will then embroider with my name, Magic's name and a picture of Magic. This is something that I have always wanted, so I was really excitied about it. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I'm now curled up watching big brother with the dogs. I would just like to say I am so happy by how far my post on Nicki Williams has got and I am so glad that it is reaching so many people and I really do hope that this can make a difference. So far the post has reached over 400 people and the post is still going up so please keep sharing and let as many people know about this horrible woman as you can do! </div>

Today has been a bit better day, my mum managed to get me a appointment with my regular doctor this morning to discuss being prescribed more morphine. After over a month of trying my GP saw me and within two minutes prescribed my regular pain relief, so now I can hopefully get my pain back to being under control which will help with the sleeping. I then came home and watched some T.V. with Jack before popping over to see my mum and get my new phone case. I then came home walked the dogs and did tea.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
So I've been spending a lot of time researching what I plan to do with Magic over the next few months and I have found some videos on youtube of things that I am aiming towards doing with Magic over the next 6 months. The first thing that I would like to say is that the videos that have been posted below are not my video's just things that I have taken inspiration from and would like to try. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The first thing that I would like to try and do is lunging over poles, now for any long term followers they will know I had a very poorly horse last winter, and under vets recommendations when Magic came off box rest I actually introduced him to pole work to help with his stifles. So this below video is something that I think Magic would really benefit from. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<iframe width="320" height="266" class="YOUTUBE-iframe-video" data-thumbnail-src="https://i.ytimg.com/vi/FdOfO8V2rJ4/0.jpg" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/FdOfO8V2rJ4?feature=player_embedded" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The next thing that I think that it would be fun to do is work on some desensitisation. Magic isn't a particularly spooky horse, infact the biggest spook that I think that he has ever done consists of a side step and then carrying on with what he was doing. So while my aim with this wouldn't be to make him less spooky I think that it is important that youngsters see and are able to do different things. So this is the video that I watched about it, this was aimed at horses that tend to spook but my aim is to just introduce Magic to new things, to make him as 'bomb proof' as a horse can be. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<iframe width="320" height="266" class="YOUTUBE-iframe-video" data-thumbnail-src="https://i.ytimg.com/vi/J6GdA1ghBco/0.jpg" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/J6GdA1ghBco?feature=player_embedded" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The third thing that I plan to do is more work on loading with Magic, for those of you that read my blog a long time ago you will know that we did one session of this over the last summer (or was it the summer before) and I think that this is something that needs to be done for several reasons. A) because at some point I am going to want to travel Magic, so he will need to get used to it. B) I think that it is important that can magic can be travelled if for any reason I ever needed to move him quickly and in an emergency. C) I'd like to do some winter league dressage with Magic Eventually. Below is our first ever session of teaching magic to load. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<iframe width="320" height="266" class="YOUTUBE-iframe-video" data-thumbnail-src="https://i.ytimg.com/vi/P35_eir6Pms/0.jpg" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/P35_eir6Pms?feature=player_embedded" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
These are the three main things that I plan to do over the next six months as they are all ground based and I think will all build up his courage. I obviously plan to continue lunging magic normally but also to continue the ground driving. I feel like Magic and I are on the same page at the moment and that we are working really well together. I love teaching him new things, and he seems to really love learning everything that he is learning at the moment. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Until Next Time </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

<div style="text-align: justify;">

<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
Amberrosehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11854315214163999137noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6998173309677660800.post-77446247734162314872018-01-09T15:26:00.001-08:002018-01-09T15:26:51.327-08:00lunging, long reining and a trip to the doctors (again)! <div style="text-align: justify;">
Well today has been a bit better and a bit worse, now I know that probably sounds like a complete contradiction but it's definitely how I'm feeling. I woke up this morning and still felt awful so chose to go back to sleep. My mum said that she would do Magic for me but I still wanted to go and see him. Mum said that I was to take it easy and not do to much so while she was starting doing his stable, I decided to start off by brushing him. But then I decided that we would try and do some work so I spent some time giving him some fuss before putting all his tack/equipment back on, we then spent four and half minutes lunging to the right and then four and a half minutes to the left. It took me a while to get him to be calm and relaxed but this was due to the fact that he was quite excitable today, he was a bit all over the place but we still managed to get some nice work together. We did walk and trot in both directions, I tried to ask for the canter but that wasn't happening so we will try that again another day. After we had spent the nine minutes lunging I asked my mum to come in the school and help me and we had another go at ground driving. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<iframe width="320" height="266" class="YOUTUBE-iframe-video" data-thumbnail-src="https://i.ytimg.com/vi/PXn-hidtKvI/0.jpg" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/PXn-hidtKvI?feature=player_embedded" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe></div>
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
This was so much more improved than it was the last time we tried it which amazed me considering this is only the third time trying to do it. My mum started off by walking on the inside of him so that if she needed to she could come in to me and we could walk around together. However Magic got really excited so she hobbled away and off we went on our own. Magic manged to ground drive in both directions. Even managing to change directions. Now you'll see on the video that we still had a little bit of a wobble, but this is fine and this is expected as he is just a baby. I could have easily kept that part of the video however I think that it is important to show the good parts and the bad parts but more importantly to show how we over come each moment that we have. After we'd done this we gave Magic some fuss and gave him a rub on his head, his new favourite place to be rubbed. Before taking him to his stable and putting him to bed with 2 nice large haynets, a big warm bed and his favourite winter rug. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
After we had done this I had to ring the out of hours doctors as I was really struggling with breathing. An hour after starting they finally rang me back and told me I had to get to the minor injuries unit NOW. So my mum took me there and after sitting and waiting for over an hour and a half, they said I needed to go back at 830 and see a doctor. From the nurses point of view she was slightly confused as my chest sounds clear, my tonsils (that weren't swollen, then were swollen) now aren't swollen again. My ear is badly infected, but they aren't sure why I am having so much trouble breathing. They've said that I need to be seen by doctors because I'm showing no signs of improvements. </div>

</tbody></table>
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Well I got to see the doctors again and my mum really had to fight my corner as the doctor wanted to leave me another night with nothing to help me out. However in the end agreed to supply me with one morphine tablet for tonight so that hopefully I can better nights sleep. So on that note I'm off to bed and to get some sleep with the faithful pooches. But before I do that I need to dry my hair. <br />

Okay so this post has taken me a while to post for several reasons but the main one being just how angry this woman has made me. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi9JKhDmUwFE9Pdm1rTc72iDIly9vh6wdEweR8xe-Agb1IqGGbRjhRRc0ZjKtuIyMV3Rge26wrU4nZWyOfuscJE7Ov4HM_GmTo7FHwBGqhGslZy2eTOY0qk5T5eSKO7B4W_JBk1L8A1QDsd/s1600/FB_IMG_1515528859228.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="639" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi9JKhDmUwFE9Pdm1rTc72iDIly9vh6wdEweR8xe-Agb1IqGGbRjhRRc0ZjKtuIyMV3Rge26wrU4nZWyOfuscJE7Ov4HM_GmTo7FHwBGqhGslZy2eTOY0qk5T5eSKO7B4W_JBk1L8A1QDsd/s640/FB_IMG_1515528859228.jpg" width="252" /></a></div>
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
For those of you that have been following my blog for a long while you will know that back around October of 2016, I was introduced to a woman called Nicki Williams, she was a friend of a friend that was supposed to be opening a centre for rehoming and rescuing animals, but also for horses working with soldiers that has PTSD. We hit it off straight away and came what I thought to be good friends. However warning bells should have probably rang sooner. By January or February of last year the horses that I had agreed to look after (that she had got on loan) Bella and Arthur, she was being threatened that she would have them taken off her by the control of horses act, because she hadn't been paying the rent for the field. Although Nicki reassured me that she had done, she even showed my 'payments' that had been made to Angie. I ended up getting abuse off Angie (the woman that owned the field). But anyone I arranged to have Bella and Arthur moved, I went to see them every day and looked after them until something happened and she informed Jade that she was to have Bella back and send Jade's foal up to be with Arthur but if she could not do this then Jade was to have the pair of them back as you can imagine this caused huge amounts of distress and upset to all parties. I even had Nicki ring me up 'sobbing' over how I had been treated. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
As this year went on I went to view several properties with Nicki that were supposed to be THE property, the perfect location, she'd got the investors, she'd found the horses, blah, blah. She 'employed' Jack and myself to 'work for her' FOR NOTHING! We'd get the odd lunch out and told us that the work that we were doing the money would eventually be reimbursed! HA, is all that I can say to that! She would always be planning on meeting us and then come up with some reason why she couldn't, and it was always be the last minute that it would be cancelled. She only ever paid petrol twice but she could afford to jet off on holidays easily enough. There was then one Friday when we were supposed to meet up and she kept us hanging on ALL DAY until in the end she text saying that she was in the middle of an important meeting that couldn't possibly be left and we'd have to rearrange. She was due to be going on holiday abroad so we should all have a week off and then we could decide where we were going. I heard nothing off her, then when she got back she sent this arsey email blaming every body else for what was actually her problem, and if anyone had a problem to please speak up. So i explained my issues and it was on this note that she decided to 'call it a day'. When i tried to be civil and talk to her she then threatened to get me done for harassement, called me a gold digger and was just all around generally awful! In the end I blocked her and said that I wanted nothing to do with her. However when she then started making threats towards my partner and my mum I got involved again. To only get more threats. </div>

<br />
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
We eventually did some digging in to nicki to find out that she had been charged with animal cruelty and BANNED from having animals! She was due in court for fraud of totals over £100,000 on several individuals. Jade's horse that she had got on loan had been one of the animals that were siezed off her. She then went to Jail for fraud and got out just before christmas now here's the catch. Nicki Williams had £4000 in the form of an investment off my uncle that she is refusing to pay back, we've tried to get her done for fraud and the case isn't strong enough so my aim is to now let you ALL KNOW exactly what is going on and who she is so that hopefully none of you will ever be this unlucky! Below you can find pictures that are to do with the animal cruelty case and Nicki Williams, there are so many more things that she has done but if I wrote them all down the post would just be far too long! </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
This is one of the many links to do with Nicki Williams https://www.thedonkeysanctuary.org.uk/woman-who-abandoned-20-animals<br />
<br />
The photographs below show animals that were left in a cage for 17 hours roughly without food or water. Unable to move around and be pets. These are just some of the animals that were seized off Nicki in October of 2016. The last photographs show some of the conditions that the animals were left in to fend for themselves. <br />
<br />
The main reason that I am showing you all this is because I do not want anyone to become conned by this woman again, I'm hoping the more awareness that can be raised about her the less likely this is to happen to anyone else. So if any of you guys want to share this post so that more people can see then please do so, and if anyone has more questions then please let me know! <br />

Okay so I am still ill which is driving me mad, I thought that I would start feeling better after a better nights sleep but unfortunately that's not the case. Today I woke up feeling even worse, with stomach ache and chest pains as well, yo-yoing between being too hot and too cold. But the plus side to not being well is that it has given me time to reflect on things and my goals for this year. So I thought that I would take the time to share these goals with you. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The first being that I want to move houses. I've known this for a little while but I'm becoming more determined. When I moved to Heanor it was only supposed to be a short rest stop until we moved in with Nicki that didn't work out (but that is a whole post for another day). I need to live closer to Magic, I need to be somewhere calmer where I can work the dogs without Jack panicking and where I can spend more time with Magic working on our fitness. I have seen a house that would be perfect but now it's just a waiting game to see whether it would be possible or not. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
My next goal is to start the breaking in process with Magic this year, I would like to by the end of the year be able to sit on magic and do extreme light work, not to much of anything just enjoying the time together. Of course this means that Magic will need a saddle and lots of matchy matchy sets, but that is not the point. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
By May (when Magic is 3) I would like to be able to walk, trot and possibly canter Magic on the lunge line in both directions. By this time I would like to be building up to lunging him for between 20 and 30 minutes a day. Obviously this time could be split over several sessions a day. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I would like to start making an income for myself, part of this will be through my BHS stages, I plan to continue doing these this year as well as start on my qualifications for teaching. I have also however been thinking that I need to become good at wood work. I've been looking on the internet and there is a wide market for horse equipment, mounting blocks, cavaletti's (to raise poles), wooden haynet holders to make filling nets easier, jumps and poles. I think there is a Market for personalised equipment in a wide range of fun colours at a reduced price, something that is affordable for everyone. I also obviously plan on doing my personalised equestrian products. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I want to have calmer dogs, now I know that part of this is just the fact that they need more exercising and more training. Which is something that needs to be done however due to not being well this is something that I am having to take a break from at the moment. But once I am back on track they will back on their strict schedule. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Tomorrow I plan to let you know about something else that I've been looking at for when Magic is older, and also an idea I've had about lunging with poles when Magic is older. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
But for Now i'm off to try and get some sleep and watch some tv. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Until Next Time </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
