The way to heaven is on horseback

Hello everyone,  Okay so it's been a really long time since I posted but this time it's not been because I was too tired or because I couldn't be bothered, it's been because I physically couldn't. So some of you that have me on facebook will know that I actually moved houses on the 8th March, this meant lots of decorating and actually left us without broadband for nearly three and a half weeks, when it should have been two weeks. BT have turned out to be a complete night mare but we have now finally got everything up and running, so I've spent the first couple of days catching up with my emails and the essential things and I am now getting back in to blogging both on here and my oriflame beauty blog.  So we now have a two bed flat that's quite spacious, the dogs enjoy having more room to run around and play, I enjoy having more room and room to actually put things where they belong, which isn't always the easiest of tasks, and Jack enjoys having...

I really want to keep writing my blog, I've had this blog for a long time and it's been a great outlet for how I'm feeling, for growing as a person, and for developing my knowledge as a horse owner/rider. But sometimes life just gets in the way! I want to blog, I want to sit down in an evening and chill out and write things on here but half the time by the time that I have done the jobs that I need to do and get on my laptop I feel exhausted, then the next day comes and the same thing happens. So while my blogging may not be consistent I do feel like I want to keep blogging and will keep taking every spare opportunity that i get to blog.  So life is good here, magic is great. He's had a bump to his knee, so his knee is quite swollen at the minute but we think we realised where all these bumps are coming from. Well today has been another eventful day, and it is only the second day of the year. In my last post I talked all about magic, in this one I plan to update you on me. My health is still yo-yoing up and down at the moment I'm going through a rough patch, I spent two hours in a&e today for them to say that there is not a lot they can do for me. On Thursday I have got a hospital appointment to finally have the test done to see whether I do have Addison's disease or not. While I am really not looking forward to it I will be so glad to have an answer or just be a step closer too knowing the truth. I'm currently not doing a lot as magic takes up the majority of my time. I am loving owning a horse it really has been a dream come true and I now can't imagine my life without Magic in it. He really is teaching me a lot and we are slowly learning together, don't get me wrong there are days when I feel useless and like I really do not know what I'm doing. But everyone...

Well guys I have been quite quiet on here for a few days because I have been waiting to tell you some exciting news but until it was official I didn't want to put it on here and jinx it. On Monday Night I got an amazing opportunity that I couldn't resist. Starting next month I will be part loaning Tubby. I will still be doing my competition with Gatsby in March but I will also be getting Tubby on part loan so I will be riding a LOT more, getting fitter and getting more experience. I've also been told that in time I'll be able to do competitions with him. I'm super excited. The full details have still got to be sorted out but I am so excited for such a wicked opportunity. Hiya,  See guys I told you I was going to get back in to the habit of blogging again. It's taken me a while to get back in to the swing of things but I am glad to be back again. I'd forgotten how much writing a blog manages to keep me busy and keep me entertained when I'm having a bad day.  Today has been another day where I've not done a lot, I waited in for the post this morning hoping that something would come from Jack, I know i'm being overly optimistic but a girl can wish, right? Nothing came though, I then curled up with Angel and caught up on Jeremy Kyle and The Real House Wives of Miami. Hey Everybody! I'll start off by letting you all know that my nan is still in hospital, we were originally told the earliest that she would come home would be Wednesday (tomorrow) however this might not happen because she still hasn't had the Echo-cardiograph that she was supposed to have had two days ago! I haven't been to visit her since Sunday but both my mum and uncle have seen her every day since then. I think that she is feeling a bit better but am not entirely sure, fingers crossed she will be home soon though! Nan's even said 'I was supposed to go home last weekend, now it's next weekend. How many more weekends will they add in'. I do feel really sorry for her as she hates hospitals and was told that it would only be the weekend and obviously things are getting changed.
