The way to heaven is on horseback

Today has been a hectic day but it's been a good day, I didn't sleep the worlds best light night going to sleep at 4 am this morning. However my mum and dad had agreed that as they were helping me with Magic today that they would pick me up at around 10.30am so that I could exercise Magic while they did his stable. I woke up let the dogs out, and had a bagel and honey before breakfast before heading off to meet mum and dad, I always walk towards which ever way that they are driving (in my head this helps them to save petrol). When we got up to Magic I could see that he was quite excitable, I had text Lynn asking Lynn to leave him in for me while the others went out so that I wouldn't have to go searching for him through muddy fields. This isn't something that Magic really likes but is something that I think that he needs to get used to as he can't always have his own way. 1)The Intro Horse.  We each came into horses in our own way, but it was always with a horse leading us. This might have been a friend's first pony or perhaps it was a draft horse on a farm that you visited once. It might have been a real-life meeting, or an imaginary one. I've always liked horses ever since I was little, I can't even imagine what the first horse that made me want to ride was because the love was always there. However here are a couple the first was a horse that I nick named 'Holly' she lived at the back of one of the pubs that we used to go in as a kid and I loved wandering off to go and stroke her and watch her in the field. Today there will be two posts for all my lovely followers to read the first one is based on this morning and the second one will be based around the riding that I do in the afternoon and boy is that horse going to have to work hard! This morning I was up at the yard for 8:30 we started working sweeping the yard and then we were mucking out stables we did Fiona's four horses including her competition horse to start with and then I moved on to doing Rascals, Solomans and Gatsbys stables, and I'm sure Gatsby knew I was coming so thought he would be a pain and make his stable a million times worse than normal. I also learnt how to weight haylage when putting it in Gatsby's stable which I loved learning how to do it as never have I had to do it before.
