Today is Pancake day and that makes me really happy because I love Pancakes. So I don't know whether it will be my mum or I that make the pancakes it will still be amazing so my question for all my amazing followers is what do you like on your pancakes?? My favourite and my boyfriend thinks it is insane is sugar and orange juice I know that might sound really strange but it is something that I really enjoy, I do also like things like chocolate spread, golden syrup and things like that. I also have a really sweet tooth so you can imagine for me this is just one of the best days of the year. It's AMAZING. Yesterday at Pony Club we were doing some practice towards our first badge night next week! The first badge that we will be doing is grooming. So yesterday with the sun shining and it being nice hot weather we got the sponges and shampoo out and started working on bathing the horses. Alice and I did Gatsby and first of all we made sure to brush him all over especially his tale which was particularly knotty. When we had done we started putting the horses to bed, making sure to put the hay nets u and top the water up. It was then time to go home but mum was running late so Fiona let me get Tabby out (one of the new kittens) so I got lots of cuddles with them. They are so cute and I love them, I'm looking forward to afternoons at the stables and cuddles with the kittens. This morning I had got my third driving lesson with my new driving teacher. Another drawing I have done, ever since I've left school all I've wanted to do is artistic things, drawing, colouring, working with ink all of these kinds of things. If I was ever to have a tattoo it would be something like this but instead of being purple and orange it would be purple and pink. Today has been a long day so this won't be a long post. Tomorrow is my textiles dead line so I haven't really done anything but textiles today. Today also would have been the first day of my A2 art coursework it was so annoying to know I've worked for a year at my art work and three weeks from the end I have had to give it up. I also had some really exciting news for me today. As my textiles dead line so is tomorrow i needed to take my pictures in my garment tonight. Well as you will all know recently I have been working really hard to lose weight. About a month ago this garments fit me like a glove well not now. The garments massive on me! I even had to get my mum to pin me into the garment. I was buzzing that I lost weight now all I need to figure out is how to get the garments to stay on for the final textiles fashion show. This is just a quick blog post, I went out with Dean and sue again today and we had a really good time. As an early exams well done and getting a car present they bought me a bag that will go perfectly with my sixth form ball dress. I also had a dress fitting to do with letting my dress out that I ordered and came in the wrong side. Now all I need to figure out is how to have my hair and what to do with my nails.  I've taken my mini out everyday for the past couple of days. Changing my gears has become much smoother and my stalling has become less. We figured out that the reason that I was stalling was the fact that I wasn't putting my hand brake down fully. Once I realised this I was stalling less. I also managed Togo up a really steep hill now two days before when I tried to go up a less steep hill I stalled and my mum had to get in the drivers seat and get me up the hill. Well today's post may end up as a bit of a rant about art. So nothing to do with horses will be in this post. so if you don't want to read it I completely understand that.  Today it has been confirmed that I am no longer doing my art a level course. Unfortunately the issue has not been able to he resolved and to carry on doing the course would stress me out to much and in turn would cause me to be ill. I can't go in to the situation completely because it is being looked into by my school so until that is done I am not really able to talk about it. While I agree that dropping my art is for the best it annoys me that I've spent a year working damn hard on an A Level that with 3 weeks til the end I am not going to be able to finish. It's basically letting my art teacher win but I'm just too tired to keep fighting with him.  This afternoon my sister came over for tea. After having a great day yesterday today has turned out to be not so great. The short story is basically I am no longer an art students after a problem I've dropped art. but that's a post for another day. This post is pictures of the things for my mini and my mini enjoy!!  My car mats black and pink the drivers one is the only one that has the graphics on and up the side you can see where it ways powered by fairy dust. Well today I went to the wildlife leisure place to go painting, the only downside to this plan was that I had to be up and out the door by 8/8:10am now for those of you that know me I am not a morning person. But I'd told my best mate that I was going and that was that.  For an hour we had to stand around waiting for everyone to get organised because there were that many of us. But once we could get going the adrenaline started the first game that we played was capture the flag. We split in to two teams that we stayed in for the rest of the day unfortunately this meant that Evie and I were going to be against each other. This really bought out the competitive side in both of us which can be either really good or really bad. We drew on the first game and then we had time switch bases and a the way through til about 2 minutes off the end of the game we were going to draw again but at the last minute the other team did manage to capture our flag, we then just chilled out for about 15...

Today I went out with Dean and Sue, when I first met them I was working at a stables and used to lead Sue when she was having a lesson and we just got on really well, which was awesome and we have kept in contact ever since. Today we went out to look at some art things at the range, as well as things for the Garden and the house, and then went to this really nice fish and chip shop, it is lush! Then we went up through chatsworth to see the baby deer but they weren't out today, so we pulled up in a lay by and just sat and had a chat for a few hours. It was really fun and gave me a break from doing work. I always enjoy going out with them and because I've got two weeks off we're going to go out and do something next week as well.  Unfortunately I won't be having any Gatsby time tomorrow. Today's been another day when I managed to accomplish doing some more art work. I decided that no matter how much I try and put off doing it I am still going to have to do it and I can't change that, so I'm  not going to complain (much) and just going to get on with it. Today I did an artist study that I'll be able to mount up Wednesday/Thursday time as I have run out of black A1 card, so that's two sheets down and just another four sheets to go! Then after I had done that I decided that I was going to do some English work too, before we broke up we got given a sheet that was split in to two columns, one column was filled in with important things to do with Paradise Lost and the other side was for us to fill in with links/comparisons/quotes from the White Devil.  I think to make it as thorough as possible for revision that it is going to take a couple of days for me to get it done. Happy Easter Everyone!  Last night the clocks went forward so we lost an hour of sleep, I kept looking at my watch this morning (I wear it 24/7) and it told me it was earlier than it was, so I just kept going back to sleep and then remembered that the clocks had changed. When I got up I did a bit of reading and then my uncle and his partner were coming round to visit my nan so I sat with them for a while.  I know that I have got a lot of art work that I need to get done over the next two weeks (6 sheets), so I decided that I was going to do some today and I was going to start of with working on Idea's and then tomorrow I am going to do an artist study. Today I did 6 Ideas and then mounted them so that was one sheet down, the ideas were based around a silhouette of a person but inside the silhouette's sunsets and trees. Today was my big sisters birthday, so it meant that she came over for tea in the evening, this also meant that I got to see my favourite little fella in the entire world! I Love my little nephew, I say little but he is growing really quickly at the moment. This morning I didn't have an art lesson, so washed my hair and dried it but left the majority of it looking natural, I planned to straighten it later (but I never got round to it), then I went in for textiles and English. Now for some reason I thought my laptop was fully charged so wasn't too happy to walk in to Textiles and turn my laptop on to find that it was on reserve power, so I couldn't do the work that I planned to do but then in English I got loads done. Today has been along day and my art teacher didn't put me in a good mood! This morning my mum and I went to her physiotherapist appointment which was in Nottingham so it included an hour long journey there and then the same back. This afternoon I went in to school and had English we have almost finished off the book that we are reading, then I had art, for two months I've been working on a project and he decides today that he doesn't like what I'm doing for my work, so I have to entirely change the direction that my theme is going in to get the grade that I want to get. Which is pretty annoying.  This afternoon I also spent some time looking at insurance prices for a Mini as a Learner driver as well as holding a full licence and found an insurance company that isn't overly expensive for me as a Learner driver and I can continue using as a full licence holder, soo that's pretty exciting stuff.  Most of you will know that I went to centre parks well I am ...

Today has been an interesting day but I really haven't done that much! I didn't get up til late on in the day as Mum thought it was best to let me catch up on some sleep. When I did get up I found that my mum had already been out to get me some mount board to do a project. We went out and did some jobs  then when we got back I started on my project, I decided that using mount board I wanted to mount and frame some of the photographs of me and Gatsby (I'll post more about it tomorrow). When I finished this I played on some games on facebook and then I got an urge to do some art work, so I've drawn out four ideas that tomorrow I am going to get up and paint and then when I have done that I think that I am going to do an artist review.  I really don't feel like writing a lot so I'm not going to tonight, tomorrow I will have a better post for you and it will include loads of photographs!  Until Next Time  A Girl With A Dream

As I write this I am sitting in my Art lesson, with nothing to do, although this probably won’t get posted until this evening, as the internet single in the art conservatory is rubbish. We haven’t got a lesson today because it is the year 11 art exam day one of two, so we get put in the conservatory where we have to sit in silence and work, which is okay but pretty annoying to be honest as the conservatory gets overly hot and there’s hardly ever any room because not only are year 13 (my year) in here as a scheduled lesson, but there’s also year 12’s that have come in during there frees to get some work done. As I got here a bit late, I’m not able to go in and get any paper so I can’t paint and as I can’t get on the internet so I also can’t do an artist study which was my original plan. Okay Rant over! I managed to find that I could change my template to a two column template instead of three column template and I have to say I much prefer the two column to the three, I think it gives the blog a better look and makes you look at the post more not what is on the rest of the page. Today has been a really tiring day and it's not that I have done a lot because in reality I haven't done a lot. I found the ball dress, as most of you will know (if you read my post yesterday) I had seen a dress that I really liked on pinterest and when I followed the link I was gutted to find out that it was on an American site so even if I ordered it from america there is NO guarantee that it would get her (the UK) in time. So last night I started looking on the internet, after my sister had left, for a dress that was similar to the one that I'd seen online I'd seen a few that were similar but the problem was that they all had a drop waist which is really not suitable for my body shape. Today I emailed them to my mum and she agreed that none of them were 'the one' so during my textiles lesson I went back online to look for that one dress I'd looked at so many different dresses and none of them were that close to the one I'd seen there were some that were similar but nothing that close, I was scrolling through the internet page and a dress caught my eye. I forgot to post yesterday my new name for Gatsby, he's now the 'Lean Mean Shedding Machine' I have no idea where this came from but it popped in to my head yesterday when I was grooming him and I said it to my dad and we both thought that it was pretty funny. He's shedding so much so quickly, when I was grooming him yesterday he had just got handfuls of hair falling out. I'll be glad when his shedding is done because I end up covered in it.  I also did not mention that my brother has got a new bike. Now when I say bike I mean a motor bike, he'd always said he wanted one and with Nan being ill it seemed like a logical idea to everyone in the family because it meant that he could get around places and my mum could stay in and look after my Nan.
