a quiet day

So this morning I went up to my stables from 7:45 until 10. It was a good morning with lots going on and it was a good workout. There was Fiona, Elaine and I there today so we got lots done quickly. It was a good workout for me as I did lots of upper body work by sweeping shovelling horse poo up the muck heap. It's safe to say that I got a good sweat on as it was so hot! 

I then went to physiotherapy. Turns out we were right and my left hip joint (see yesterdays diagram) is infact out of place we aren't sure whether it's moved sideways or up but it has moved. Today she looked at the process that I am making and decided to try and manipulate because when she tried to feel for the joint she couldn't find it and I was finding it painful. However after doing one exercise it seems to have gone back into place for the minute so my muscles are all having to readjust which sucks but is worth it because it will help with my riding. 

This afternoon I didn't accomplish much because I was aching so I just took things easy. Tomorrow I have a day out with Dean and Sue and then on Friday I am going to the stables again, I can't wait!

Okay so this post has taken me a while to post for several reasons but the main one being just how angry this woman has made me.  For those of you that have been following my blog for a long while you will know that back around October of 2016, I was introduced to a woman called Nicki Williams, she was a friend of a friend that was supposed to be opening a centre for rehoming and rescuing animals, but also for horses working with soldiers that has PTSD. possible broken hand x3.

hiya guys well it's been a few days and I was planning on updating you all today. Unfortunately I won't be able to go in to as much detail as I want to because I am having problems typing because it looks like for the third time I have broken my hand again!  In the exact same place, how rubbish is that? But they can't tell me because it will not show up for another two weeks on an X-ray so at the minute it's back in a splint and I've got to go back to hospital in two weeks.  Well Saturday I got to ride Gatsby again. We have been working on getting him in to an outline more consistantly but it took me seeing Fiona riding Pumpkin Pie for me to know what it was that I needed to do for Gatsby to work properly in to an outline. Picture time Part one

Hiya Guys,  I can't say that I've really done much today other than finding myself sleeping lots. After the past week being quite stressful as well as the few weeks before leading up to the court date it's safe to say I've hit my barrier where all I really want to do is sleep. The problem is though that I am sleeping during the day and then it gets to 11pm roughly and I find myself wide awake and on my laptop looking for something to do that is going to make me feel sleepy. I've tried reading a book and I start to feel really sleepy but then the minute that I turn the light off and put the book down, bang, I'm wide awake again.  As I've not really done a lot I thought that I would take this opportunity to post some pictures up from the last time that I jumped Gatsby (also the first time I fell off him). Most of these pictures were taken by the boyfriend but some were also taken by my amazing mum. So here you go guys. :)  Really do love this pic...
